On August 9, 2023, ARL sent a letter to the Office of Management and Budget regarding 2 CFR Chapter 2, Part 200, referred to as “Uniform Guidance,” to offer analyses and support for the recent COGR letter, which includes recognizing Fair Reimbursement for the 21st Century Library.
