Georgetown University has named Peggy Fry interim university librarian, effective September 1, 2017. Fry has served as deputy university librarian at Georgetown since 2012 and was associate law librarian for administration from 1990 to 2012. She will be interim university librarian while the university conducts a search for a successor to Artemis Kirk, who will retire in October 2017 after 16 years leading Georgetown University Library.
