Express Interest in ARL Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) Selection Working Group by Tuesday, August 1

The ARL Learning Network Committee is seeking expressions of interest for two Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) alums and one ARL member representative to join the LFP Selection Working Group.  The LFP is a 13-month hybrid experience that provides the next generation of senior and executive leaders with exceptional opportunities for growth in research libraries and archives.

The LFP Selection Working Group evaluates application materials of potential Leadership Fellows for participation in the program and makes recommendations to the LFP Task Force for final review and decisions. The LFP Selection Working Group charge further outlines purpose, membership, and responsibilities.

Members will serve approximately a four-month term upon confirmation by the LFP Task Force, approximately August 15–December 15, 2023. We estimate this commitment could require up to 20 hours of work over the four-month period, including meetings, application review and scoring, and providing process feedback.

Please complete the LFP Selection Working Group expression-of-interest form by Tuesday, August 1, 2023, if you would like to be considered for the group. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact learning@arl.org.
