ARL is sponsoring a free workshop, “Libraries That Learn Exchange of Experience: Using LibQUAL+ and Other Data,” on the morning of Monday, July 20, 2015, in conjunction with the 11th Northumbria International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries and Information Services, to be held in Edinburgh, UK. The short workshop will feature opportunities for LibQUAL+ participants and other interested parties to share experiences and discuss strategic uses of assessment results. A brief one-hour introduction to LibQUAL+ will precede the event at 8 a.m. on Monday morning.
ARL encourages workshop participants to also attend the Northumbria Conference, which requires separate registration. Full details of the conference program and registration are available on the Northumbria Conference website.
