LibQUAL+® Online Training—Data Analysis: Turning Results into Plans for Action and Change

ARL will offer a free online training series for LibQUAL+ survey administrators during January–February 2016. Topics covered will include new features, random sampling and communications planning, survey administration, and data analysis. Online registration is required to participate in these trainings.
