The Board of Directors is the strategic decision-making and policy-making body of the Association. The Board reviews and assesses performance of ARL committees, advisory groups, and task forces, all of which are responsible to the Board and the executive director. The Board approves the annual budget and recommends future dues increases based on the recommendation of the ARL executive director and staff.
