LCA and COSLA Comment on Nov. 23, '12 Draft Text of Print Disabilities Treaty/Instrument

On January 28, 2013, the Library Copyright Alliance (LCA) along with the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies submitted comments on the draft text of an international instrument/treaty on limitations and exceptions for visually impaired persons/persons with print disabilities.
