University of Connecticut (UConn) has named Holly Jeffcoat as interim vice provost for libraries, effective July 21, 2017. Jeffcoat has served as assistant vice provost for libraries since 2016 and was associate university librarian for finance, planning, and assessment from 2014 to 2016. She will be interim vice provost while the university conducts a search for a successor to Martha Bedard, who will retire July 20, 2017, after four years as UConn Libraries’ vice provost.
