ARL is sponsoring a free workshop, “Libraries That Learn Exchange of Experience: Using LibQUAL+ and Other Data,” on the morning of Monday, July 20, 2015, in conjunction with the 11th Northumbria International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries and Information Services, to be held in Edinburgh, UK.
This short workshop, organized by ARL in collaboration with the Northumbria Conference, will feature opportunities for LibQUAL+ participants and other interested parties to share experiences and discuss strategic uses of assessment to implement service improvements and innovations in their libraries. An optional one-hour introduction to LibQUAL+ will precede the workshop.
ARL encourages workshop participants to also attend the Northumbria Conference, which requires separate registration. Full details of the conference program and registration are available on the Northumbria Conference website. Participants in this workshop may choose to register for the other Northumbria Conference sessions on Monday at a “day delegate” rate of £195. Monday afternoon at the conference includes specific sessions on LibQUAL+ and related initiatives.
