ARL is offering a series of free Skype calls designed to support LibQUAL+ survey administrators and to help administrators share expertise with one another. Online registration for the “Spring into LibQUAL+” Skype series is now open for five calls to be held from January through March 2014.
The calls will be hosted by Martha Kyrillidou, senior director of ARL statistics and service quality programs, and Amy Yeager, library relations coordinator for statistics and assessment at ARL.

LibQUAL+® is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users’ opinions of service quality. These services are offered to the library community by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). The program’s centerpiece is a rigorously tested web-based survey paired with training that helps libraries assess and improve library services, change organizational culture, and market the library.
