CALL EXTENDED: Submit a POSTER Proposal for IDEAL 2024 by Next Monday, September 25

IDEAL Conference: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility in Libraries & ArchivesThe call for proposals for the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility in Libraries and Archives (IDEAL) Conference in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is extended for poster proposals only until Monday, September 25, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Hawaii–Aleutian time (UTC-10:00).

The conference theme is Sustainable Resistance and Restoration in Global Communities. To be considered, poster proposals should include:

    • Title of session
    • Abstract (up to 1,500 characters)
    • Learning outcomes
    • Keywords

Poster proposals should also consider how the content connects to the larger landscape of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice (DEIA/J). The internal review process is masked; no personal identifiable information (such as names, institutions, social identities) should be included in the proposal. These pieces of information will be collected separately.
