The Intensive Learning Program engages fellows in the following components over an eight-month period:
- Virtual orientation
- Monthly three-hour virtual educational sessions
- In-person education and community session and attendance at the ARL Fall 2023 Association Meeting
- In-person ARL Learning Summit
- Virtual small-group coaching sessions with a focus on leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Reviewing scholarly & practice literature, podcasts, videos, and other resources
