On July 20, 2022, ARL joined NHA in endorsing the LGBTQ+ and Women’s History Education Act of 2022, which would provide federal grants to local education agencies for LGBTQ+ and women’s history education, and states that includes LGBTQ+ and women’s history in their state standards.
