On August 15, 2018, Prudence Adler, Associate Executive Director, sent a letter on behalf of the Association to interim EPA director Andrew Wheeler, opposing the proposed rule “Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science,” which discounts data that cannot be made publicly available.
