LibQUAL+ radar chart

Join Sarah Murphy, coordinator of assessment for The Ohio State University Libraries, and Rachel Lewellen, assessment librarian at University of Massachusetts Amherst, for the third webcast in the Libraries That Learn series. Murphy and Lewellen will discuss their experiences administering LibQUAL+ Confidential surveys at their libraries.

LibQUAL+ is a rigorously tested survey that measures library users’ perceptions of the quality of service at their library. More than 1,300 libraries have implemented the survey since 2000. The LibQUAL+ Confidential service allows libraries to send targeted reminders only to potential participants who have not responded to the survey.
